MARSIDE Series
Product Name/Model：F600-Plastic Primer
Characteristic: Single-component transparent fast drying primer, used to promote adhesion of
paint system to plastic parts.
Substrates Plastic parts, such as PP, PA, PE.
Surface Cleaning Remove wax, silicon and other contaminations with degreaser, sanding with
P600-P800, wash with clean water then keep dry; again with degreaser.
Coating 2 coats, total 4-5um
Re-coat At 25°C, 5-10 minutes between two coats.
Spray Gun Set Up Gravity Feed: 1.2-1.5mm 4-5kg/cm²
Suction Feed: 1.4-1.6mm 4-5kg/cm²
Spray Technology Coats&Thickness: 2-3 coats, total 4-5um.
Flash-Off Time: At 25°C, 5-10 minutes between two coats, it depends on
temperature and paint film.
Shelf Life 2 years in original sealed can, cool and dry place at 20℃.

Note:
1. The products are ready for use.
2. It is recommended not to spray thickly to avoild peeling off.
3. Test is recommended before application due to the variety of plastic parts.
